Booking Policy
Detailed individual booking policies are attached to each treatment.
Bookings :
By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below, in addition to any treatment-specific policies that may apply to your chosen service.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through approved booking channels. All bookings are subject to availability.
Deposits & Payments :
Any deposits paid are subject to the individual treatment policy.
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling :
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid and/or a cancellation fee in accordance with the treatment-specific policy.
Refund Policy :
All treatments and services are non-refundable.
Results can vary between individuals, and refunds will not be provided for completed services. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Marlow Lashes within 48 hours so we can discuss the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a review appointment.
Late Arrivals :
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and may require rebooking.
Health & Safety :
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, allergies, medications, skin conditions, and any other relevant health information.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.
Marlow Lashes reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or where a contraindication is present.
Patch Testing :
Where required, patch tests must be completed within the timeframe specified for the treatment.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled or postponed.
Children & Additional Guests :
To maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
Accessibility Statement :
Please note that the treatment room is currently not wheelchair accessible.
If you have any accessibility requirements, mobility concerns, or additional needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate your appointment.
Privacy & Confidentiality :
Your privacy is important to us.
All personal information collected during the booking process and throughout your treatment journey is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Your information will remain confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Client records, consultation forms, photographs, and treatment notes are retained securely for insurance, safety, and professional purposes.
Photography :
Photographs may occasionally be taken for treatment records, progress tracking, insurance purposes, or marketing purposes.
Marketing photographs will only be used with your express consent.
Right to Refuse Service :
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.
Policy Updates :
These policies may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always apply to future bookings.
Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.

What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
